We protect sensitive data using HTTPS/TLS in transit, server-side access controls, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. OAuth tokens, API keys, and other credentials are kept server-side and are not exposed to the browser. We limit access to Google Calendar data to the minimum needed to provide calendar sync and related product features, and we retain data only for as long as needed for the service or legal obligations.
Google API Services User Data Policy compliance
The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs, including Google Calendar data, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide and improve the user-facing features that the user explicitly enabled, and we do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising or other unauthorized purposes.
Data retention and controls
We retain data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data where applicable. You can also disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from your account settings.
